Yes! We ship worldwide 

If you chose the monthly subscription, you can cancel by the 24th of the month. If you’ve already been billed for the next month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. 
If you have a quarterly or annual subscription, you won’t be able to cancel before the end of your commitment. 
If you just wish to skip a box, please got to your account and press ‘Suspend’. You can restore your account when you are ready. The same commitment terms apply to suspension as they do for cancellation.

Currently we are only offering the subscription box and individual candles, diffusers and room mists to buy on our site.

We carefully package our boxes so that they arrive in tact, however we understand that things happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and enclose photographic evidence of the damage. We will refund or replace your box at our discretion. 
We will not accept any items back that have been used, unless the products are faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Passive diffusers such as candles, reed diffusers, plug -ins and warmers are considered safer for pets because the microdroplets of oil aren’t dispersed into the air. Essential oils should never be applied to pets orally or topically. Active diffusers such as humidifers and room mists are also not safe for pets. 

You should always consult your vet before burning any type of scented candle around animals, especially if they are fish, aquatic life,  birds and/or an animal in poor health.

All our packaging is recyclable. Candle jars can be washed out with soap and hot water and reused in anyway you like. Please ensure the wax has cooled down before washing.

We will also happily receive any empty jars for reuse should you not wish to keep them. If you return 4 same size jars (in tact and with labels) to use, we will send you a free candle of the same size. Please contact us for the return address before sending.
